Did some of it! You asked for a lot, just fyi. That’s ok, I’m gonna ask next week Vero for more even. Teehee.
I don’t write in these blogs, just list. I’m gonna write a bit, because I do more than just list stuff in my life.
Watched Dogma again, great movie. I read on the DVD extras that Kevin Smith wrote Dogma while a believer, someone who wanted to champion faith. He’s writing Dogma 2 now and mentioned that the biggest difference will be, he’s not someone who believes anymore. I’m curious to see what that’ll mean for the movie.
Got some dumb sunburns while pond swimming. Foolish, but had a great swim. Crossed the pond in an hour, gonna try and beat my time next time!

Dear last week Vero,
Yo, I am smashing this week!
Most importantly: I FINISHED (the draft of) MY BOOK. Next is review, cleanup, then inks. But the enormous burden of Step 1 is done!
Huzzah!
I set a goal and completed it! Accountability journaling kinda worked!
I want to be less hard on myself. Not in terms of discipline or accountability, but in terms of quality. I often feel that my work is just not good enough and I need to accept that the work I do is the best I can do at that point. I have been doing my best and it’s been slow, but it’s still progress. Imperfect is better than nothing. Done is better than good.
A lifelong lesson, I feel like I learn it over and over and…
ANYWAY.
Ninepenny show was small but fun, did some new-sh stuff
Beat my time for swimming across the pond — back and forth in 20 min! I think last time it was 40.
Extremely fun writing session Thursday, for a potential show, can’t say much more. Wrote with my bud, we scripted a fight — and it was
