Feb Week 1: Back on the Beaten Track

New month, new opportunity!

Physical

Monthly Goal: 100%

Week 1 Exercise Goals: 150 skips/day

Grade: 100%

Bonus: 4 Walks

Current: 1/4 (so cold)

Notes: New personal record is 50 skips in 26 seconds!

Work

Project 1

February Goal: Drafts of scenes 1-7

Week 1 Goal: Draft scenes 1 & 2

Day 1: Success! Accomplished daily goal. Also finally replaced busted hot water tank! Not a writing goal but I’m glad it happened

Day 2: Slow start to the day. Staying up late + waking up at night + waking up early = can someone do the math for this, I studied English. Once I started working the morning was great. Routine seems to be working for me.

Day 3: Completed drafts for scene 1, but failed to start Scene 2 – I was being ambitious on this. I’m going to try and compress some of the Day 1 and 2 work to make it more streamlined and not have to double up on Wednesdays.

Day 4: First attempt at streamlining work of day 1 & 2. Off to test. [testing] Back from test – a success!

Day 5: Drafts for Scene 2 – done! Took longer than expected – note to self – more composition in script

Evaluation: 100% – a good start!

Notes: Scripting is key for me!

Project 2

February Goal: Plan show for next 3 months

Week 1 Goals: Book venue & send out application form

Day 1 Did not book venue

Day 2: Did not send form

Evaluation: 0

Resistances: Talking to venue owners, knowing deets on venues, box office stuff – the social and financial stuff. Producing is hard, especially when it’s not the priority.

Other

DnD: We trusted some witches we shouldn’t have and the kids got kidnapped (again), but we saved them (again). Why does everyone want to eat these kids??

Streaming: Made the dark room less dark and explored the wilds outside. I’m going to try and do more streams, I had a great time! I’m thinking Mondays might be a good day.

Gratitudes: I’m grateful for friends, adventurers, peace, love, warm blankets, hot water tanks.

Shout outs: This week I channeled my inner Susan Kelsey to be kind and uplifting bto myself and reframe bad times into problems to solve.
