Historically, January sucks, and this January has sucked longer and harder than something comparable, whatever that could be.
I have spent this sad, lonely month channelling my energy into a challenge. I have been working on a submission for the Nickel Independent Film Festival’s animation challenge, wherein we are encouraged to create a short animation project in one month. I wrote and animated a whole lil short, and I am quite proud.
It’s been a cool learning process and it’s far from perfect, but I’m excited to show you what I’ve done. Still working on 3 shots, but hopefully I finish by the 31st.
